I get a few psych/biopsychology journals on my Kindle. I found this super helpful for when you’re stressed. It’s meant to be a brain exercise done each day to “toughen up your brain.”

1. A centering breath. Breathe in for 6 seconds. Hold for 2. Breathe out for 7. Do this once or twice.
